I am a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally competent therapist with over 17 years of experience providing services to clients. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, identity or general life stressors.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, offering inclusive and affirming individual and relationship therapy for clients of all sexual, gender, and relationship orientations. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can deepen your self-awareness, honor your unique identities, experiences, and values, improve your overall well-being, and feel empowered to make fully informed decisions about your life.

I recognize that reaching out and starting this work with a therapist takes vulnerability and courage and I would be honoured to support you in this journey. If you have any questions, or if you’d like to explore if working together would be a good fit, please contact me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation.

In the spirit of respect and reciprocity, we acknowledge that our Counselling in Cold Lake practice is located on lands and by water in Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional and sacred homeland of the Cree, Denesuline, Blackfoot, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux and Metis Nation.  Cold Lake continues to be a home for diverse Metis, First Nations and Inuit People who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations.  We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us.  We acknowledge that this place is impacted by the ongoing process of colonialism. We strive to understand and reframe our responsibilities to land and community as we journey towards reconciliation.
